NH 5 — building and interior — was originally designed by Urban Design in 2012. In the summer of 2025 the restaurant reopened following an extension and reconstruction after a fire. The work was about restoring what had been lost while taking the opportunity to extend the building, so that the new and the original read as one building rather than as a repair.
