Simhall Hudiksvall

The proposal Vågskål is a bowl-shaped room resting on a plateau that steps down into the sea. The pools are sunk into the plateau and surrounded by a green-shimmering glass body. The form lets the swimming hall open towards the water outside while enclosing its own water within — the baths read as a continuation of the sea rather than a building turned away from it.
