In collaboration with Bas ID, Urban Design was commissioned to develop a concept and design manual for the PUB department store. The result was a new kind of department store focused on meeting its audience on their own terms. The design manual makes the concept possible to manage over time — it describes how the store should work, not merely how it should look on opening day.
