A timber pavilion that by night is a closed block wrapped in green planting, with a glowing logo of drilled holes on its gable. By day it opens up and a trellis is drawn out as an antechamber for meetings on streets and squares. The election pavilion is built to be moved and to work in the urban room — closed and robust when left alone, generous and inviting when staffed.
