A tight schedule, existing premises that could not be rebuilt, more people in an already limited area and a small budget — how do you address these constraints while the company is changing the way it works? That was the challenge when we helped Randstad remake their premises in central Gothenburg. Our answer was to create clear, attractive zones for different kinds of work through furnishing, colour and light — which also helped in a deep floor plate with little daylight.
