Stettin

Having worked on the property development project “The Rotterdam District” in Södra Värtan for Kungsleden, we were given the continued trust to develop the nearby Kv. Stettin. The block’s exciting location in front of BIG’s acclaimed 79&Park housing project and next to the Gärdet outdoor recreation area provides good conditions for a concept in which socialising and a healthy lifestyle are the focus. The solid 1980s building, with its two large atriums, was modernised and carefully refined so that it could accommodate a new commercial content with food and drink at its centre and high-level office services. The building becomes an important link in the ongoing urbanisation between Kungsleden’s cluster of buildings along Tegeluddsvägen and the new residential blocks all around.
